1. Fees paid are not refundable or transferable for any payment made by the client. Deposit should be made before the shoot to secure the booking. If deposit is not received, the booking will not be confirmed.

2. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee may apply if you change your appointment time.

- Cancellation of scheduled appointment 7 days prior to appointment time: No Charge

- Cancellation of scheduled appointment within 6 days of appointment time: 75% of deposit charge

- Day before appointment/ Same day cancel / No Show – No Phone Call to cancel appointment: Full charge        

3. In case of typhoon signal 8 (or above) being hoisted 1 hour before the shooting time or on the shooting day, the photo session will be postponed and will be rescheduled without cancellation fee.  

4. The remaining balance of the package bought will be paid by client in cash (no change is provided) on the day of the photo shoot.
5. The digital files will remain the property of PAWS Studio. PAWS Studio (and Lighting Concepts Group) reserves the full copyright on all photographic images. Any redistribution in commercial social media account or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following: you may print extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only

6. If you are buying our discounted package you are agreed with PAWS Studio (and Lighting Concepts Company) choosing your photos for promotional purpose with your consent.
7. Prices are subjected to change without prior notice.

8. The photoshoot package must be used to attend your photo session within three months from date of purchase or it will no longer be valid.

9. The photoshoot package may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer, and may only be used as described.

10. The photoshoot package may not be used to purchase photographs from a previous photoshoot.

11. The photoshoot package is not transferable.

12. For any technical problems occurred to the digital files during or after the shoot incur to the lose of photos,  PAWS Studio will refund the price of the package paid only (discounted package will be refunded with the discounted price). Other expense client made outside our studio will not be refunded.
13. Full payment is required for products purchased before the production process. All products required a production time of 4-6 weeks.

14. For digital files client selected and purchased will be sent through a link for clients to download, all files will be kept up to 3 weeks. Clients are responsible to download them at their earliest convenience and within the period of time mentioned above. Offline files will be kept for maximum 1.5 months from the date of photo shoot. Should any digital photo files be lost, damaged or destroyed, PAWS Studio will not responsible for the compensation after the validity period.
15. Products and packages once paid are not refundable and cannot be downgraded.
